The Wireless Room ZS6MUS will be on the air again on Sat. 6th from 08H30 until 13H00. The main purpose is to assist the SAAF Museum with public relations by means of amateur radio.
All interested may visit the SAAF Museum Mon. to Sat. 10H00 to 15H00.
The Wireless Room is only active on Saturday mornings between 08H30 and 13H00 or by special request

The scouts and cubs visit the Wireless Room of the SAAF Museum on Saturday 30-08-2008. About 20 scouts and a few adults crammed into the room and were told about morse code, semaphore and Amateur Radio.

The SA Antique Wireless Association will be visiting the SAAF Museum at Swartkop AFB. All members and interested radio amateurs are invited to attend.
The year in which the 28 Squadron was formed is still being sought.

Several Amateur Radio Clubs will set up special event stations in places frequented by young people on Monday 16-06-2008. These stations will be operational between 10H00 and 12H00 SAST. The frequency used will be 7070 kHz.

The Association will be coming to the SAAF Museum at Swartkop AFB on Saturday 5th July 2008.
There is a distinct possibility of having that ZS6MUS will be operating as a special event station which will be on-the-air somewhat longer than the usual hour for the Saturday morning ZS0AWA NET.
The weekly net will be held as usual.
